He holds deep engineering and manufacturing experience working within the microelectronics, wireless components, and wireless network equipment industries. At Spectralink, Steve oversees all global operations and provide strategic direction to all functional areas related to production planning, manufacturing, procurement, repair, delivery and quality related to company products.
Randy is a highly experienced engineering leader with a long track record of building and leading R&D teams in fast-paced, competitive environments. He brings a depth of experience in developing innovative products and solutions, software and hardware development, quality assurance and manufacturing. Previously, Randy was the Executive Director at Kaiser Permanente as well as VP of Engineering at Polycom.
Al is a technology and business leader with over 20 years of experience at Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial start-up companies. A problem solver at heart, he is highly effective at building and motivating high performing teams, focusing on customer needs, and utilizing structured process to achieve results. Previously, Al was the GM of NA Services at Wind River as well as the VP of NA Solutions and Services at Motorola.
Simon brings deep experience in the European telecom landscape from his recent role with Microsoft Devices & Services. Prior to Microsoft, he was Head of Sales Retail Europe for Sony Ericsson, and worked with a diverse portfolio of EMEA channel segments. Simon is focused on accelerating Spectralink’s growing global business.
Scott is a results-driven sales leader with 25+ years of experience in the technology industry. His successes range from defining new markets and creating start-up sales organizations, to driving growth and uncovering new areas of opportunity in established markets. Previously, Scott held various executive sales management roles at Panasonic for nearly 18 years.
