RMA procedures


In order to streamline processes in regards to repairs, problems and feature requests we have developed a line of templates to make it easier for you to provide us with the necessary information.
Repair Note The Repair Note must be filled out before returning any products to KIRK telecom for repair. Doing so will ease the fault searching process and thereby contribute to shortening the overall repair time.
The Repair Note should be returned to KIRK telecom along with the product in question. Product name - e.g. KIRK Wireless Server 600 Serial number - e.g. 1000XXXX etc
Feature Request The Feature Request template can be used for any KIRK relevant feature request or product improvement proposal from you or your customers. To provide us with as much relevant information as possible, please fill out all sections marked with blue italic writing. When we have received your Feature Request by email, you will be given an ID-number for tracking purposes and general updates on availability.
